Another One. Another One.

We have lots of release news this week!

First, as you probably saw in Josh's last post, Silver Bullet is now out on iOS! This was a true collaboration between us and Louder Than Liftoff. Additionally on iOS, we simultaneously released BattleFX (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/battlefx/id6764648922). Like the desktop counterpart, this plugin is completely free (no purchase price, no in-app purchases, no account required). There have been some excellent iOS demos already, including Field Tone Audio (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wf9QyrSmP88) and Gavinski's Tutorials (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ByTkMlnB2K4). We are sending some promo codes over to Gavinski for both Silver Bullet and Battalion, so he'll have a giveaway up on his socials sometime soon.

Battalion launched late last week on the VCV Library (https://library.vcvrack.com/Battalion). The bundle is currently on sale for $30. We haven't formally announced the sale price (which was supposed to end today), so I've asked VCV to extend the sale to June 18th. The always excellent Omri Cohen livestreamed a dense patch built all around Battalion voices and signal chains (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1rsxU0ieaI).

The same modules are additionally now available for the 4ms MetaModule as well (https://metamodule.info/plugins). If you are not familiar with the MetaModule, it is a Eurorack module that is able to run VCV patches. All of our VCV modules are available on the MetaModule for free.

But that's not all!

I received a Printful package on Tuesday containing samples of our new Battalion T-Shirt, Button-up Shirt, and Hoodie. As I mentioned in Week 4, I wanted to make sure that they passed the quality check since we haven't done all-over prints before. I'll start with the bad news: the t-shirt sucks! The print ended up pretty blurry on it, the material is not breathable, etc... I really like the general look so I'll look for an alternative. The button-up is excellent quality, but the fit is a bit boxy on me. I'm going to order another one in a smaller size before making a decision there. Finally, the hoodie is just awesome. The material, print, and fit are perfect, so I'm going to be an excellent businessperson and post some fresh hoodies in the middle of a particularly hot and humid June.

Thanks again for all of the kind words following the BattleFX release! It's been a pretty crazy month so far, but it's been a lot of fun making these posts and realizing how much we've pulled off.
